I'm a fractional CFO and FP&A lead based in Amsterdam, originally from Germany, working with organisations at the intersection of strategy, finance, and data.

I help leadership teams turn financial data into meaningful insights that drive confident decisions and sustainable growth. My work ranges from building finance teams and designing reporting structures to guiding complex transformations, always aligned to where the organisation wants to go.

I combine strong analytical expertise with a coaching-driven approach. I enjoy helping people connect with the story behind the numbers - not just understanding the data, but acting on it with clarity and confidence.

Having grown up in Germany and spent the past decade building my career in the Netherlands, I work comfortably across both. For scale-ups with German investors, German leadership, or German market ambitions, that means board conversations, investor updates, and day to day finance discussions can run natively in German, without translation lag or nuance lost between the numbers and the room.
